Frequently Asked Questions

What is the length of the programs?

We find that 1-3 days workshops are the most beneficial ones.

The workshop can be as short or long as you need in a half-day or multiple-day structure.

Regular basis or one-off events.

Where do workshops take place?

We strongly suggest in-person workshops for their more personal nature, whether onboard or at a venue of your choice. But we can also deliver the workshops online.

Who are the workshops for? Are they not meant only for female yacht crew members?

Our workshops are designed for both male and female crew members, junior and senior levels across departments onboard.

We do have a specific workshop for female crew members, as we would like to raise awareness of female health and understanding of the infradian rhythm and hormonal balance.

What is the cost of the workshops?

The programs are tailored to each crew, and the cost will vary depending on the crew size and the workshops’ length. We send a costumed proposal with detailed prices.

Do you offer a follow-up?

We provide a 60-minute follow-up call with standard workshops, which usually follows the workshop by 2 weeks. We understand boats’ busy schedules, this can be adjusted to your availability.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We ask for a 50% deposit upon reservation. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the workshop date.
